Guaranty Bank Building
RJM refreshes the Guaranty Bank Building in downtown Denver.
The Denver office of RJM Construction was recently hired by Zeller Realty Group to renovate 8,000 sq. ft. at the Guaranty Bank Building (GBB), located in the heart of Denver’s lower downtown business district. The 13-story building was constructed in 1983 and renovated in 2007.
This renovation consists of several tenant improvements within the building’s public spaces: the main entrance to the building is being redesigned with a grand entryway and glass storefront, two revolving doors are being demolished and converted into one revolving door, the lobby is being renovated into Class A office space with top-of-the-line finishes, the elevator cab interiors are being updated and the common space on floors 3, 5 and 8 are the first grouping of tenant floors to be renovated, which includes the elevator lobbies, corridors and restrooms.
