Park Square Theatre

After completing renovations to the Park Square Theatre in downtown St. Paul, RJM Construction was hired again to build an entirely new second stage in the basement of the historic building.

In addition to building the new performance stage, the project includes a back of house practice stage, concession area, ticket booth, small kitchen, tiered seating, theatre stage lighting and restroom renovations. Park Square Theatre was originally constructed in 1920 as the Capitol Theatre in the Hamm Building, located at the heart of St. Paul’s theatre district in that era.
