RJM Construction completed a 75,000 square-foot addition to Two Twelve Medical Center, a growing heath care destination in the west-metro region of the Twin Cities.

The three-story expansion is connected to the original building on each floor, with interior and exterior finishes blending seamlessly. RJM also helped the project team plan for the future, as the addition has vertical expansion capabilities up to six stories. Owned and operated by Ridgeview Medical Center, Two Twelve offers 24/7 emergency and urgent care, comprehensive family and specialty care, advanced diagnostics and access to leading physicians and clinics. To maintain operations in the original building, meticulous planning was required on site for construction barriers, emergency vehicle traffic and ultimately the safety of patients and staff.
