United Properties hired RJM Construction to build a medical office building in Burnsville.

The building includes patient, meeting, and treatment rooms, and a pediatric unit. The facility also features two gyms, one of which includes a rock-climbing wall, and the other a batting cage. Additionally, there are painted lines on the floors for therapy purposes.

Due to the small site, there were restrictions as to where the grading could be performed. Where the grading was higher than floor level, the team used waterproofing and proper flashing installation to mitigate risk.
