RJM Construction’s CEO Bob Jossart and COO Joe Maddy, who co-founded RJM Construction in 1997, are stepping down from their executive leadership duties. With this move Jossart and Maddy will hold leadership positions on RJM’s Board of Directors.
All operational business of the company will be led by President Brian Recker and Senior Vice President Ted Beckman, along with executive leadership team members Vice President Finance, Paul Wade, and General Counsel, Vice President Risk Management Jim Lockhart. Any queries about the company should now be directed to this team instead of to Jossart and Maddy.
