Minnesota Business Magazine recently released the 2015 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the state. Earlier this year, an independent research firm distributed an online employee satisfaction survey. The survey determined which companies in Minnesota excel in the areas of work environment, employee benefits, and overall employee happiness. Following survey completion, the research firm then tabulated each company’s results. The top 100 scoring companies were selected as a result of their scores.
On June 4, Minnesota Business Magazine will host an awards ceremony, where RJM Construction will be honored along with the other companies. There will also be a feature story in the June issue of Minnesota Business Magazine profiling the companies that set the standard for employee well-being.
