Ryan promoted, Olson hired
MINNEAPOLIS (June 22, 2017) — RJM Construction, a Minnesota-based general contractor, has named two employees as project executives. In their new role, Tim Ryan and Eric Olson will provide project leadership on large assignments while serving as mentors by promoting team development.
Ryan joined RJM in August of 2016. He has demonstrated leadership working on high-profile projects such as Twin Cities Orthopedics in Edina, Minn., and Nordic House in Minneapolis, Minn.
Olson was hired by RJM earlier this month. He has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, with a focus on healthcare and secondary education projects. Most recently, he served as a senior project manager for a local general contractor. He has managed projects such as the HealthPartners Neuroscience Building in St. Paul, Minn., Fairview Ridges Hospital, Specialty Care Clinic in Burnsville, Minn., and Gustavus Adolphus College, Beck Academic Hall in St. Peter, Minn.
Olson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Finance from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minn. He has received OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety training as well as Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) training.
