MINNEAPOLIS (November 16, 2016) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, has been selected by Ascend Learning, LLC to build out 20,500 sq. ft. of office space for two of its Minneapolis and St. Paul based businesses, MedHub and FISDAP, within the historic 510 Marquette building in downtown Minneapolis.
Partnering with owner’s representative Jones Lang LaSalle, RJM will expose 20 ft. high ceilings and construct a new collaborative work space for Ascend Learning’s 120 employees. The interior office clusters will have a unique ceiling system, engineered independently of the building structure above.
Crews have begun demolition, with construction scheduled to be complete in March, 2017. RJM Construction recently completed another project within 510 Marquette for engineering firm Meyer Borgman Johnson.
In addition to RJM and Jones Lang LaSalle, the project team includes Kansas City based architect GastingerWalker&.
