MINNEAPOLIS (June 25, 2014) — Darcy Futrell, a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in construction management and development, joined RJM Construction as its director of business development. Futrell will join the business development group, forging client relationships in the commercial and tenant interiors markets and leading projects into the pre-construction phase.
Futrell came to RJM Construction from the TEGRA Group, Inc. where she worked as a project manager. Throughout her career, she has specialized in completing landlord improvements for the TEGRA Group, Inc., Brookfield Development and Melvin Simon & Associates, Inc. In addition, she has provided project management services for retail, commercial and healthcare-related properties across the country.
Futrell is a member of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), holds credentials in LEED AP Building Design + Construction and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
