GOLDEN VALLEY (March 25, 2019) — RJM Construction, a Minnesota-based general contractor, has recently added resources to their field operations team.
Curt Sell has been promoted to General Superintendent, joining Tom Carlson in the same role. Sell and Carlson will divide projects and responsibilities among the company’s growing field workforce.
“Curt has demonstrated his commitment to excellence over the past eight years as a superintendent for RJM,” shared Eric Kobeska, vice president of operations. “As a team, he and Tom will continue to ensure quality and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of project delivery.”
Beyond adding a second general superintendent, RJM has made other key investments in field operations over the last year. In May of 2018, they created a service division to perform routine service, preventative maintenance, and rapid construction solutions for clients. Most recently, they created a safety manager position to help support safety initiatives. Upgrades in technology and processes are a continual focus in RJM’s operations.
“We pride ourselves on being true builders who fully understand the construction process,” added Kobeska. “Our field workforce is at the core of this concept and RJM will continue to invest in this invaluable resource.”
