MINNEAPOLIS (April 8, 2016) — RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, has been selected by Caribou Technologies to build out 50,000 square-feet within Blaine Preserve Business Park in Blaine, Minn. The medical device manufacturer is in the process of relocating its headquarters and another operation from Ham Lake.
Founded in 2005, Caribou Technologies has experienced significant growth over the last 10 years. Caribou works on medical product solutions in vascular intervention, electro-physiology and minimally invasive surgery.
Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-April. The project includes offices, shipping/receiving area, R&D laboratory and light manufacturing space. CBRE is acting as the owner’s representative and Pope Architects is providing interior design services for the project.
