RJM has been awarded the construction management contract for the Southwest Christian High School Fieldhouse Expansion project in Chaska. This is RJM’s first opportunity to partner with the faith-based charter school and BGW Architects of Ogden, Utah. The $11-$12 million renovation and expansion will add approximately a 45,000 sf fieldhouse, housing two full-size basketball courts and locker rooms. BGW is midway through schematic design and the project has pre-ordered precast and structural steel materials in anticipation of a construction start in spring 2022.
