RJM Construction will soon engage with the Saint Paul Public Schools facilities team to work on a major HVAC upgrade at Mississippi Creative Arts Elementary School to improve hot water systems and indoor air quality throughout. Preliminary design work has commenced, with bidding to occur in July 2022 to allow time for material procurement. The phased construction will take place over two summers: June 2023 – August 18, 2023 and April 2024 – August 2024 with final completion September 2024.
“The project team looks forward to working with the SPPS facilities team, as well as design partners ATS&R to make the HVAC improvements necessary to ensure a comfortable and efficient learning environment for the Mississippi Creative Arts community,” said Education Project Executive Robbie Schultz, who comes to the project with over 25 years of school construction experience.
RJM Construction is one of four prequalified construction managers recently selected to provide services as a part of SPPS Builds 2022-2026 Five-Year Facilities Maintenance and Capital Implementation Plan.
