RJM’s welcomes Project Executive Robbie Schultz, who comes to our team with over two decades of construction management experience. His long list of successful construction projects total over 3 million square-feet of commercial space, including award-winning and historical renovation projects. At RJM he will focus primarily on the K-12 education market where he’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and insight into the specific and often ever-changing needs of this client base. Robbie is also a Certified Healthcare Constructor.
We asked Robbie what he has learned over the years working in the industry, and what he looks forward to as he embarks on his next chapter at RJM.
What is one thing you’ve learned since being in the construction industry?
Always be adaptable; there are always new and different ways to do things and other perspectives, so it’s important to remain open-minded. From day-to-day we need to be able to meet challenges on a wide variety work, from custom one-off renovations to new, multi-million dollar projects. Building nimble teams that can proactively work together is critical to stay successful. Establishing and exceeding your client’s expectations is what we all strive for!
What is one thing you look forward to about your role or working for RJM?
As a project executive, I enjoy all aspects of the construction process, but I look forward to and take great pride in building trusting, long-lasting relationships with clients and leading teams to successfully accomplish great things on every project.
What is something most people don’t know about you? Or fun fact?
I completed a 3 1/2 year restoration of my dad’s 1969 GTO.
Welcome, Robbie!
