RJM Construction will work alongside Pope Design Group to construct the new 80,000 sf Bhatti GI medical office building in Edina. Construction is expected to start in June 2022 with completion in September 2023
Demolition of an existing building will take place before the construction of the new four-story building. The bottom two levels will be parking to eliminate a surface parking lot due to square footage constraints. The upper two levels will house the Bhatti GI clinic and ambulatory surgery center.
If required, the new building will have the structural capacity to expand another three levels in the future.
