RJM efficiently completes punch lists, assembles warranty information, and collects contractual contractor close-out documents in a timely manner. The team will also schedule start-up, training demonstrations, and coordinate equipment commissioning with the subcontractors as required.
RJM’s service team provides routine service, preventative maintenance, and everything in between to assure your building or space remains at the highest level of functionality. Approximately 11 months after the project is complete, RJM conducts a post-occupancy inspection to discuss what is working well and what isn’t working well. Should any issues be associated with a warranty, the team proactively resolves those issues with the subcontractors prior to the standard one-year warranty expiration period.
