Stacy Arnold has been promoted to the role of director of safety at RJM Construction. Previously Arnold held the role of safety manager for two years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this key position in the company. During her time as safety manager Arnold worked to enhance and promote RJM’s safety programs, elevate safety awareness, and enforce RJM’s high standards on every project.
During her time as the safety manager role at RJM, the company received the 2020 Meritorious Achievement Award in Occupational Safety and has seen four projects earn the Level 3 CHASE recognition from MNOSHA. Before focusing her attention on safety, Stacy worked for five years at the company in project management roles, working on a wide variety of projects varying in complexity and scope. Stacy earned an associate of architectural construction technology from St. Cloud Technical College, and a bachelor of construction management from the University of Minnesota Moorhead. She has also earned numerous industry certifications and is highly involved in networking, outreach, mentorship, and continuing professional development through her work with AWC-MN, MNCREW, ASSP, and others.
Arnold recently participated in Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal’s Table of Experts feature on Women in Construction.
