Taking a trip down memory lane! RJM’s Scott Gilbertson hosted a tour for former C.J. Duffey Paper employees to explore our Duffey 2.0 project and revisit their old stomping grounds, now transformed into our newest downtown development.

This significant adaptive reuse project revitalized historic North Loop warehouses, converting them into a stunning multi-family development that adds hundreds of apartments and new retail spaces to the former C.J. Duffey Paper Co. buildings. Due to its landmark status and location, this project underwent approval from the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission and the National Park Service, and it received historic tax credits. Featuring a range of luxury amenities, access to the skyway system, and views of the iconic Minneapolis skyline, the Duffey 2.0 project is a crown jewel of the North Loop neighborhood!
