What are your hobbies and/or interests?

I enjoy hikes in nature, kayaking, traveling and painting. My father does woodcarving as a hobby and I’d like to give it a try too.

What is something most people don’t know about you? Or a fun fact?

A fun fact many don’t know about me is that I have an Interior Design degree. I believe the environments we are in help shape what’s possible.

What is one thing you have learned since being in the construction industry?

I’ve learned it takes a very high-functioning and capable team to build a structure worthy of years of safe occupancy and enjoyment. Each member of the team needs to understand the technical aspects of construction as well as leadership and communication. It’s not if something will go wrong, but when, and overcoming the challenges with professionalism is a talent I respect very much.
