Scott Pedretti

PROJECT ENGINEER III

What are your hobbies and/or interests?

Cooking, Golfing, watching sports, just hanging around.

What is your favorite quote or superhero?

Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.

What is one thing you have learned since being in the construction industry?

You can have great drawings, a great schedule, and a great plan, but if the people executing it aren’t communicating, problems will happen. I’ve learned that being proactive and getting ahead of issues is almost always better than waiting for a problem to force a conversation.
