What positions do we hire?
Process accounts payable invoices to the job cost system. Work with project managers to ensure timely and accurate issuance and collection of customer invoices. Associates degree in accounting, construction management or related field is preferred. Strong financial aptitude and attention to detail required.
Construction Accountants
Administrative, human resources, marketing, and receptionist positions support the overall success of the organization in their respective areas of expertise. These positions vary in job requirements. Some positions are entry level and require minimal educational requirements while others require advanced training and educational requirements.
Corporate Support Services
Create accurate and competitive estimates that not only secure the work but are also profitable. Work with clients to keep projects on budget by providing estimating support. Build professional relationships with clients and subcontractors to assist with business development. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
Estimators
Superintendents, carpenters and laborers work on the day-to-day construction of the job site. Our carpenters and laborers belong to their respective unions and meet the job requirements for each specific role. These are hands-on positions and may involve apprenticeship work experience.
Field Operations
Assist project managers in managing process in the construction of projects including estimating, drafting contracts, budget allocation, cost management, scheduling, material procurement, project deadlines, coordination with project superintendents, and coordination with outside consultants. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field required.
Project Engineers
Manage the full scope of construction projects which includes estimating, contractor buyout, contracting, budget allocation, cost management, scheduling, material procurement, conflict resolution, project deadlines, coordinating with project superintendents, coordinating with outside consultants. Work with clients to provide outstanding client satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and a previous work experience in the construction industry required.
