Allina Health Eden Prairie Clinic

The Allina Health Eden Prairie Clinic expansion was needed to provide health services to the growing community in the Southwest Metro.

RJM Construction partnered with Leo A Daly to work on an existing vacancy and expand it to a 19,580-SF clinic. This new Allina clinic provides a patient-focused, integrated care experience by utilizing technology and digital health solutions in addition to Allina’s in-person standard of care.

The build-out included coordination and removal of the exterior curtain wall system to rig and deliver a CT machine to the third floor, necessitating the use of a 110-ton crane. This required careful coordination and planning between the RJM team, Allina Health team, facility management, and tenants on site to assure safe delivery without disruption to businesses.

RJM has also worked on other Allina clinic locations including New Ulm, Oakdale, St. Francis, Buffalo, Edina Centennial Lakes, Savage, St. Paul, Minneapolis, Richfield, Woodbury, Fridley, and River Falls, Wisc.
