The City of Andover selected RJM Construction to oversee construction of their Public Works Expansion.
The project consisted of a new 21,889 square-foot fleet maintenance building, 18,424 square-foot cold storage building, and a canopy covered fuel island. Site improvements and a Veterans Memorial Plaza were also constructed. The new facility provides a safe work environment for maintenance equipment and allows the movement indoors of a significant amount of valuable equipment.
