RJM Construction was hired to convert the former Neiman Marcus space into corporate offices for CenterPoint Energy.

The project scope of the four-story renovation includes exterior improvements, mechanical modernizations and finish upgrades. The 90,000 sq. ft. finished office includes a customer call center, collaborative meeting spaces, executive offices and administrative space. A striking internal staircase replaced outdated escalators and the contemporary reception area features a natural gas fireplace. Additionally, RJM installed energy efficient exterior windows. The project is currently pending LEED CI Silver certification.
