Engler Health Center was the first project built as part of the Chaska Creek Business Center development.

MSP Commercial hired RJM to construct the two-story medical office building. Entrances are accented with contemporary metal panels, and interior finishes offer a welcoming presence. RJM also completed the interiors for tenants Southwest Eye Care, Town Dental and Catalyst Medical Clinic.

Being the first building in a new development, the project required significant coordination with MSP and the City of Chaska. Roads were constructed as utilities were brought to the site, alongside building erection. Soil corrections were performed to install the parking lot before winter. These added costs were outweighed by time savings. Crews expedited the building enclosure, allowing interior work to begin ahead of schedule, with an on-time completion.
