M Health Fairview hired RJM Construction build additional space to the existing Oncology Clinic in Woodbury.

The expansion includes new exam rooms, infusion care suites, and staff spaces. Unique features include the use of Maars demountable walls for infusion rooms, and a large nurse station to improve workflow and efficient patient care.

While the clinic was closed during construction, the main challenge was scheduling the MEP shutdowns and coordinating this with the second-floor clinic, which remained open. Due to COVID and client furloughs, it was especially important to ensure open lines of communication. Any issues that arose were addressed and resolved promptly.
