A key component of this project was the elaborate elliptical, white-glass staircase that connects the three floors.

RJM Construction renovated the top three floors of the RBC Plaza for Marquette Companies, the holding company for operating businesses of the Pohlad Companies. The renovation consisted of high-end architectural finishes, private offices and collaborative work spaces. RJM’s team skillfully executed cutting through the reinforced floor plates, removing the concrete by freight elevator, and then expertly piecing together the curved components of the stairway.
