RJM Construction was hired as the general contractor to build a 13,000 sq. ft. addiction treatment center for Meridian Behavioral Health.

Before the project began, with knowledge of elevated water levels below ground, RJM made the recommendation to raise the building and install a water proof membrane atop the foundation. A drain tile system was also put in place on the inside and outside of the foundation. This proactive approach helped to protect the property and prevent future water problems. The recovery center features 36 inpatient beds, administrative offices, fitness area, full-service kitchen and a large dining area. The space was created with multiple gathering areas to enhance the feeling of community and relaxation. A soothing color scheme was used throughout the center to create a calming atmosphere, and wood furniture in the patient rooms and common areas adds to the center’s comfortable feel.
