West Side Community Health Services hired RJM Construction to remodel the clinic to meet changing care provider needs.

The remodel included exam rooms, a lab, pharmacy, dentistry, nurse stations, reception area, eye exam, optometry, and care team rooms.
Because the existing clinic needed to maintain normal operations during work the team created a phasing plan to meet that criteria.

Additionally, the project team had to adjust to incorporate strict COVID-19 safety requirements, on top of our usual healthcare safety protocols in occupied environments. The team made multiple revisions to the program and quickly adjusted in real time to meet client needs.
