The first interior buildout within the Treasure Island Center in downtown St. Paul was completed by RJM Construction. The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency occupies an entire floor of the building, located just below the center’s TRIA Rink.

The space consists of open and private offices, conference rooms, and collaborative working spaces. The design is contemporary with a textured palette. A comprehensive audio-visual installation enhances communication for the Minnesota state agency.

RJM executed State requirements with precision while delivering the two-month accelerated schedule. Concurrently, RJM relied upon clear communication with multiple stakeholders while working alongside the core building envelope improvements.
