Located within the Eagandale Point building, RJM renovated space for Minnesota Occupational Health.

A partner of Summit Orthopedics, the project includes two drug testing restrooms, an x-ray room and cardiovascular resistance training area. A unique feature of the clinic is the work simulation room, where patients are tested performing daily activities required by their occupation.

Working within an occupied medical environment required careful coordination to avoid disruption to neighboring tenants while maintaining the established schedule and budget.
