Normandale Lake Office Park hired RJM to renovate the common areas of their 8400 and 8500 buildings.

The remodel took place over four months and consisted of multiple phases as the building maintained occupancy. RJM worked diligently to provide the most efficient and least disruptive construction experience for the Class A office complex. The redesign created a better flow and updated aesthetic. The team also installed a new water feature to create a soothing environment and a large chandelier as a focal point. Common workspaces were added for tenants and guests to stop and check emails, chat with clients or hold informal meetings.

RJM Construction has completed many projects for tenants within Normandale Lake Office Park. The projects have ranged from full floor remodels to individual tenant improvements.
