Park Nicollet Clinic Lakeville

Park Nicollet Health Services selected RJM Construction to build a two-story build-out for their new clinic in Lakeville.

The RJM healthcare team worked together with PNHS to improve their capacity to meet the needs of patients in the Lakeville area. In addition to expanded size, the clinic added new services in urgent care, OB-GYN, optical, and eye care to serve more than 10,000 new patients. With the anticipation of growth in the future, the clinic has prepared for a larger expansion.

Groundwater was unusually high due to record amounts of rain in the spring. This led to a very wet and clay-based site, causing a delayed schedule. RJM worked with the trades to push through the muck, stabilize the parking lot, and make up for the lost time. As a result, the project was delivered successfully, and on time.
