RJM Construction was selected by Carousel Motor Group to build a facility for its Porsche of St. Paul dealership.

The building utilized materials that emulate the Porche brand, including a sleek metal façade, glass curtain wall system and signature Porche colors. At 23,000 sq. ft. the project includes an expanded showroom and repair shop.

Due to the unique specifications and finishes, most materials were sourced from overseas. The project team addressed the challenge of lengthy lead times by coordinating early and often with subcontractors and vendors.
