Portico Benefit Services hired RJM Construction to renovate their office, spanning two floors of at RSM Plaza in downtown Minneapolis.

The goal of the multi-phased project was to create a bright, open ambiance while retaining the privacy needs of their clients. Phasing allowed Portico to continually occupy the space with little interruption of day-to-day activities. The project provided a modernization of finishes and improved work flow. Upgrades to lighting and mechanical systems were completed as well, providing a safe, energy efficient suite for Portico’s future.
