Located in downtown Minneapolis, RJM Construction helped revitalize RBC Plaza.

The project included renovations to the office tower along with the transformation of retail shopping space formerly known as Gaviidae Common. Elevator modernization, exterior remodeling and finish upgrades are all part of the high-profile project. A conferencing center with a refined board room and open spaces for groups to collaborate were added amenities. Exterior renovations to the adjacent 505 Building were also included in the project scope. The project required expertise in structural and interior renovations within the heavily populated central business district.
