RJM was selected by a private mutual company to renovate its Eden Prairie campus.

The project scope includes remodeled open office areas with cubicle systems, creating an efficient and functional work area for employees. Renovations of restrooms and
public gathering spaces are also included in this project. Due to the need to maintain occupancy in the facility during the construction, the project was completed in three phases per building. To promote collaboration and synergies within the entire project team, RJM has engaged in an integrated project delivery process for the purpose of providing the best possible value to the firm. Through this process the project goals of price, design and schedule are well known by all and monitored to ensure that goals are met.
