Golub and Company hired RJM Construction to help reposition RSM Plaza.

The phased project added a new escalator in the main lobby, a new entry vestibule, remodeled skyway connection, an outdoor pocket park for tenants, fitness center and locker rooms, along with shared meeting and conference rooms.

Located in downtown Minneapolis, construction was completed adjacent to the heavily trafficked Nicollet Mall. The project also faced a firm deadline leading up to preparations for Super Bowl
