RJM Construction was hired by Twin Cities Orthopedics to create a small buildout for Burnsville Family Physicians.

The family medicine clinic includes 13 exam rooms, a procedure room, a small lab, and staff work areas. The centrally-positioned open office area is a unique defining feature of the space.

The building shell space was constructed without the slab on grade installed. While this presented no plumbing installation challenges, it required that the slab be poured with limited access. Concrete was pumped to simplify the pour.
