RJM Construction was selected by Frauenshuh Real Estate to build a 6,200 square-foot clinic for The Dental Specialists in Coon Rapids.

The building exterior features brick, glass and metal panel accents. With a September start date, crews efficiently completed the first phase of site work prior to winter conditions setting in. Landscaping and an infiltration pond rounded out the exterior work.

Interior spaces include an inviting reception area, exam rooms, and oral surgery. Planning for the future, the facility includes expansion space, with other dental specialists eventually practicing in the facility to meet patient needs.
