Looking to bring sports performance and rehabilitation under one roof, Twin Cities Orthopedics hired RJM Construction to build a one-of-a-kind facility in Blaine, Minnesota.
The project faced site constraints including wetland mitigation, topography and size. The team was able to maximize the site by working with two watershed districts to purchase wetland credits and use underground retention and retaining walls.
RJM worked in tandem with TCO’s team of trusted experts to deliver the programming needs without sacrificing patient-care. The 48,000 square-foot facility includes orthopedic clinic, ambulatory surgery center, urgent care, physical therapy, MRI and care suites.
