Twin Cities Orthopedics selected RJM Construction to build a 50,000-sq. ft. orthopedic center in Woodbury.

This two-story building served as a prototype for finishes, details and products for future TCO facilities.

The medical office building includes clinic space, procedure and x-ray rooms, physical therapy and training areas with state-of-the-art equipment. The facility treats patients recovering from injury as well as athletes focused on performance gains of all types.

The schedule was expedited due to unforeseen site conditions and weather delays. As a prototype facility, the RJM team incorporated lessons learned in real time to safeguard design and construction of the other buildings.
