The University of Minnesota selected RJM Construction to renovate their flagship M Physicians Mill City Clinic.

The clinic was designed to mirror their values of serving patients and the community in new and more meaningful ways. look like a hotel rather than a clinic. The space features unique art and custom light fixtures, enhancing the vision of community wellness.

Executing a compressed schedule, the team encountered water intrusion. With a collaborative focus, the issues were resolved while maintaining the integrity of the project.
