Winthrop and Weinstine and RJM Construction first worked together in 2002 when the law firm moved into Capella Tower.
RJM Construction was later called upon to help reorganize and maximize their office space, spanning five floors. Each floor had areas reconfigured with careful attention to detail, matching existing finishes and blending old to new seamlessly.
The renovations improved workflow, increased natural lighting and expanded the employee break area. A 60-person multipurpose training space and 18 attorney offices were built, without the need for additional square footage. Acoustic improvements were also made throughout the office, along with additional plumbing in break areas.
The project was completed over five fully occupied phases. Extensive pre-planning, multiple options, and frequent communication helped contribute to the project’s success.
