RJM Construction served as the general contractor and provided pre-construction services for Moss and Barnett’s 39,000 SF office remodel.

The build out spans two floors at the Fifth Street Towers in downtown Minneapolis. RJM assisted Moss and Barnett in their goal of repositioning the firm with a more efficient environment for employees to serve their clients. RJM’s collaborative efforts allowed the team to complete the project on a tight schedule without the sacrificing unique architectural and design elements. The space includes striking architectural features, an interior staircase and curved walls. The modern design is complimented by custom woodwork, glass and shelving. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were replaced and thoroughly tested to maximize the comfort and efficiency of the space.
