Twin Cities Orthopedics’ new 60,000 sf state-of-the-art orthopedic and sports performance clinic includes orthopedic exam spaces, hand therapy, physical therapy, X-ray, MRI, treatment rooms, and an athletic training gym space. This is a replacement for an existing location in Stillwater and will increase the size of the clinic and expand the services available.
The facility is a two-story architectural precast building with a structural steel frame and composite floor slab. The exterior includes metal panels and curtainwall in addition to the architectural precast. The scope includes the development of the entire site, parking lot, and utilities.
Despite the expected challenges of working through the pandemic, the project is going according to plan. As we move towards the early fall 2021 completion date, current work on the exterior includes windows and metal panels, and work on the interior includes framing, sheetrock, painting, mechanical and electrical. Every day we see more progress and see TCO’s vision and SRa’s design come to life.
The RJM healthcare team is fortunate to work again with TCO on this new location that will serve the Northeast Metro community.
