Daikin Applied selected RJM Construction to do an interior build-out of their showroom to highlight the many mechanical equipment options they offer.
The space consisted of a large conference room for training and education seminars, a showroom to showcase their equipment for prospective buyers, and a set of new restrooms.
The project had a very tight timeline of only 10 weeks before the scheduled arrival of Daikin executives from Japan who were to visit the space. RJM completed the project on time, working closely with our subcontractor partners to ensure long lead time items were ordered as soon as possible, even before construction commenced. During the project, we were faced with COVID-19 shutdowns that caused delays of multiple items. However, our team was able to minimize these issues by providing alternate options that we were able to source in the correct timeframe.
