The Eden Prairie Community Center renovation features a new inviting front entrance with an open solarium and a concession area. The facility contains racquetball courts, group fitness studios, new locker rooms and community meeting rooms. The project also included a third ice arena, a baseball stadium, state of the art baseball and renovations to Birch Lake Park. This project was delivered under the Construction Manager At Risk contract.
