In collaboration with the Minnesota Twins and Major League Baseball, RJM renovated an empty space nearly doubling the Club’s size.

The project transformed an unusable, cracked indoor pool into a multipurpose room to increase and enhance the club’s sports, health, and performing arts activities. RJM first filled and covered the obsolete pool. Then the team installed a new synthetic floor, scoreboard, lighting, and windows. RJM also added a stairway to the balcony, installed a new HVAC system, and built a concessions area within the multipurpose room.
