Elk River Municipal Utilities customer base grew 22.4% since 2015. They are now in need of a larger facility to enhance their operations.

Elk River Municipal Utilities hired RJM Construction to build a new 60,000 sq. ft. facility to replace their current facility. The facility will provide much needed indoor vehicle storage, vehicle maintenance, vehicle wash bay, workshops, and administration offices.

This project is scheduled to be completed in summer 2022.
